A truly terrifying face. Still, doesn't show the pain and suffering necessary to deserve a PhD - are the standards being lowered, or will a single semester be enough for the Transformation?

Well, that's a question that is being researched at the moment. Higher powers willing (in every sense) this should be done in less than a year.
