There is never such intensity in my research as there is when I prepare a paper for a seminar or conference. This gives some special effects, i.e. it's rough falling asleep (and of course getting up), due to my high thought activity. I welcome any good advice on how to cure this.

Thanks for the advice!
I like reading some off the topic books, like Isaac Singer, or other story telling writer. Wonderful for the imagination.

It's all about the drugs...those nice little over-the-counter sleeping pills. Take one at 9:30pm, be dead to the world at 10pm, and wake at 7am, refreshed and ready to...take a nap. :)

If you're opposed to pills, you might also try warm bubble baths prior to bed, or a glass of warm milk augmented by one shot of whiskey.

Hello!

What does everyone think of what is going on in Iraq?

By the way, I love that too!  How did you find that?

See you soon! Girly Girl
